Whey Protein ice cream
Ingredients
Ice cream
- 8 large Strawberries.
- 1 Cup (tea) of whey Vanilla flavor proteim.
- 1/2 Cup (tea) of water.
- 1 spoon (soup) of sweetener.
- 3 Eggs.
Coverage
- 1 Cup (tea) of water.
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder soluble without sugar.
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar.
M odo of preparation
- Before starting to prepare the recipe, freeze the strawberries. wash and chop them.
- separate the egg whites from egg yolks and beat in a bowl.
- Beat in a blender on low speed the clear eggs beats and the chopped strawberries, to obtain a consistent and creamy substance.
- As pounding, go added to little the whey protein do the same with the sweetener.
- Leave in the freezer for 12 hours, if you think it's necessary to hit the Blender again until the appearance of the ice cream.
SYRUP
- In a pan place all ingredients and stir over medium heat until raise boil.
