300 g. firm fish (Whiting, dogfish, sea bass, Golden)

2 sliced tomatoes
200 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (if you like it, you can put more)

Preparation:
Start washing the ingredients.
Season the fish with lemon, salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest in the fridge.
Heat a heavy bottomed pan and put the oil to warm up also.
Then, add the onion and garlic to Sauté until they begin to Brown. Place the pepper Lady's finger (if you don't like it too hot, remove half or the total of the seeds). And add the chili and coconut milk and let the kitchen.
