
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup 250 ml vinegar
- 1 litre of water
Preparation:
- Break the egg into a bowl and set aside.
- In a saucepan, bring the fire the water with the vinegar and simmer. Download the fire, stir the water until it forms a "swirl" and put the egg in the middle.
- Cook for 3 minutes, remove and cool in cold water if you want a good soft yolk.
