Poached egg

Ovo poché

Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup 250 ml vinegar
  • 1 litre of water
 
Preparation:
  1. Break the egg into a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the fire the water with the vinegar and simmer. Download the fire, stir the water until it forms a "swirl" and put the egg in the middle.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes, remove and cool in cold water if you want a good soft yolk.
  4. season with salt and pepper and serve next.
