Low Carb Carrot puree

Purê de Cenoura Low Carb

Ingredients:
  • 300 g carrots peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
  1. Cook the carrots in plenty of water.
  2. Take the Blender, blend until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Reserve.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the butter and add the carrot beat.
  4. So boil reduce the heat and continue stirring until you have the texture of mashed.
  5. Season with nutmeg, salt, black pepper and cinnamon powder.
  6. Finally add the cream, stir and turn off.

Suggestion: serve with pork.
