2 passion fruit juice with no added water or sugar
Syrup:
Juice of 1 passion fruit
1 cup water
1 passion fruit (will use the seeds)
1 cup (tea) of sweetener (I used xylitol but you can use fire & amp; stove)
Preparation
Whip the cream, passion fruit juice with no added water or sugar and milk in Blender condessado. Place in bowls or porte.
To put syrup, passion fruit juice, sugar and water in a saucepan over high heat and we will move up to get a reduction, cool and place on top of the mousse.
Take the refrigerator for 2 hours. Siva ice cream.
